ADER SCATH 01 " Natural " ( Light Roast คั่วอ่อน )

กาแฟตัวนี้เป็นกาแฟสายพันธุ์พิเศษที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากสมาคมกาแฟพิเศษไทย พวกเราจึงให้เกียรติเรียกกาแฟตัวนี้ว่า SCATH01 เป็นกาแฟที่ทางสมาคมกาแฟพิเศษไทยได้นำเข้ามาในปี 2016 จากสวนของคุณเอโกะที่อินโดนีเซีย เป็นสายพันธุ์ที่มีคาแรกเตอร์ของต้นชัดเจน กิ่งและใบเยอะ ต้นสูงใหญ่ ยอดเป็นสีบรอนซ์ ลูกลักษณะเรียวยาวสีแดง มีรสชาติของดอกไม้สีขาวที่โดดเด่น จนบางคนเรียกว่า ซุนดา ทิปปิก้า SUNDA TYPICA  แต่เพื่อป้องกันความเข้าใจสับสนจึงให้ชื่อเป็น SCATH01  อาเดอได้ปลูก SCATH 01 นี้มาตั้งแต่ต้น โดยครั้งนี้อาเดอได้ทำโพรเซสแบบแห้ง หรือ Natural Process ซึ่งให้รสชาติที่ชวนนึกถึงสละ เยลลี่ผลไม้ กุหลาบ ดอกมหาหงษ์

This coffee is a special variety supported by the Specialty Coffee Association of Thailand (SCATH), and we are honored to call it SCATH01. It was introduced by the association in 2016, sourced from the farm of Mr. Eko in Indonesia. This variety has a distinctly strong character with dense branches and leaves, tall and robust trees, bronze-tipped new growth, and elongated red cherries. It carries a remarkably prominent white floral flavor profile, leading some to call it Sunda Typica, though to avoid confusion, it has been officially named SCATH01.
Ader has cultivated SCATH01 from the very beginning, and for this lot, he has chosen to process it using the Natural (dry) method and delivering a cup that evokes salak (snake fruit), fruit jelly, rose, and butterfly lily.
