เรื่องราวของอาต๊ะ จือปา เป็นเรื่องราวที่น่าค้นหาสำหรับคนมีฝัน โดยเฉพาะคนกาแฟอย่างพวกเรา คุณอาต๊ะเริ่มต้นชีวิตจากการทำไร่ข้าว สวนผักและผลไม้ที่เน้นบริโภคภายในครอบครัว แต่ภายหลังมีเรื่องการศึกษาของลูก ๆ เข้ามามีความสำคัญมากขึ้น ทำให้คุณอาต๊ะและภรรยาหันมาปลูกพืชเศรษฐกิจ และหนึ่งในนั้นคือ กาแฟ ครอบครัวคุณอาต๊ะมีสวนกาแฟที่ทุกคนไปเห็นแล้วต้องบอกว่า เท่มาก เจ๋งจัง เพราะว่าสวนกาแฟตั้งอยู่ตรงกลางระหว่างธารน้ำสองสายที่ไหลลงมาจากป่าธรรมชาติ ซึ่งสิ่งแรกคือทำให้สวนกาแฟของคุณอาต๊ะเย็นสบายตลอดทั้งปี ครอบครัวอาต๊ะจึงปลูกต้นไม้ ผลไม้ กาแฟ และชาขึ้นในสวนเดียวกัน ทำให้ช่วงฤดูหนาวก็จะกลายเป็นที่อุ่นสบาย ฤดูร้อนก็ให้ร่มเงาได้เป็นอย่างดี แบบนี้เราถึงไม่แปลกใจที่ทั้งกาแฟ ชา และผลไม้ของที่นี่มีคุณภาพเด่นมาก ๆ
สำหรับพวกเรา กาแฟของอาต๊ะเป็นหนึ่งในกาแฟที่น่าทึ่งที่สุด มีรสเปรี้ยวที่คล้ายผลไม้อย่าง พุทราจีน มะขามหวาน และ ชาดำ บางปีรสชาติกาแฟของที่นี่มีความเป็นผลไม้เมืองหนาวอย่างลูกไหนและท้อด้วย คุณอาต๊ะยังคงเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีของคนกาแฟในบ้านแม่จันใต้เสมอ และมีชีวิตที่น่าติดตามมากขึ้น โดยมีลูกๆ ของเขาที่โตขึ้นมาเป็นกองหนุนได้แล้ว เราเชื่อว่ากาแฟของคุณอาต๊ะจะเดินทางต่อไป การเดินทางนั้นอาจพาให้เราไปเจอรสชาติที่แปลกใหม่ น่าค้นหามากขึ้น และเชื่อว่าเป็นสิ่งที่เราจะชื่นชอบมากขึ้นจากการออกเดินทางในครั้งต่อไป
The story of Ata Chuepa is so fascinating and very inspiring to tag along how he has been growing his life, especially for coffee people like us. Ata was started his career as farmer from growing rice, vegetables and fruits for his family, but he has had changed the practices and grow economical produces like tea, stone fruit and coffee is one of those plants he has. The main reason for him to integrate coffee into the farm is to generate sustainable income to send his children to school. His coffee farm is located on amazing piece of land in Maejantai village where are 2 rivers stream flowing down side by side and you can fall in love at first sight with this place. With this climate privilege allows Ata and family grows many fruit trees, tea and vegetable together with coffee and create integration of crops that retain the diversity inside this farm.
For us, Ata’s Coffee is one of the most fabulous coffees and profound fruity characters like jujube fruit or Chinese date, sweet tamarind and black tea and some years his coffee was shown stone fruits like plum and peach as well. Ata is still being pioneer for many coffee farmers in Maejantai and his thrilling life is worth to follow. His children are growing up and ready to support his side and his coffee could lead us to the new tastes or new stories and we will definitely love his coffee even more when we take the next journey with him.
