His early life began in music, but growing up in Chiang Mai , a city with a thriving coffee culture and being mentored by seasoned professionals who made coffee their livelihood, ignited in him a profound passion for the craft. He started by learning to brew, then to taste, then to roast, developing a deep understanding of coffees from different origins. This journey led him to establish his own coffee farm and venture into specialty coffee processing. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis coffee from Buko uses cherries grown in a cool, year-round climate, surrounded by mountains in Doi Chang village, Mae Suai district, Chiang Rai province. It is processed as a \u003c\/span\u003eHoney\u003cspan\u003e , the cherries are fermented in a cool environment for a period before hulling, then lightly washed to remove the husk and floated to remove light seeds.
